These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the betmax online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through betmax.one (the "Platform"). By registering a betmax account or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with betmax's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

betmax reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When changes are made, betmax will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the betmax Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms apply to all users of the betmax Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

To register and use the betmax Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. betmax strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons are not permitted to hold betmax accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of betmax, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the betmax Platform.

betmax reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or termination of your betmax account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of betmax services, you must register a betmax account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by betmax for identity verification purposes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) betmax account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. betmax employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, betmax reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betmax login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your betmax login credentials with any third party. betmax will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You must notify betmax immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your betmax account. betmax reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access.

betmax supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the betmax cashier section.

Deposits are generally credited to your betmax account instantly or within a short processing window depending on your chosen payment method. betmax is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your financial institution.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. betmax reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

betmax reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, betmax may conduct an investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.

betmax offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. The specific terms applicable to each bonus are set out in the relevant promotion page on the betmax Platform.

betmax reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• betmax reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error or obtained through fraudulent means.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• betmax may void winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betmax Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one betmax account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the betmax Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the betmax Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the betmax Platform or the experience of other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the betmax Platform.

All content on the betmax Platform — including but not limited to the betmax name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of betmax or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betmax Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any betmax content without the prior written consent of betmax.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betmax, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the betmax Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

betmax does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. betmax's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betmax account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude betmax's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

betmax is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. betmax provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. Players who feel they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use these tools and to seek professional support.

betmax enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21 years. betmax reserves the right to suspend or terminate your betmax account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete identity verification. Upon termination, your right to access and use the betmax Platform will immediately cease.

You may close your betmax account at any time by contacting betmax support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements and provided no outstanding investigations are pending.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
